I have fallen off the bandwagon with writing. I’ve been working on becoming a foster parent again and taking the NSCA exam. I’m on the final days of prepping for it and will let you know the details about that soon.
In the meantime I’ve also been working on building our home gym for training myself, hubby, and clients at the house. It includes a squat rack, olympic barbell, bench, variable weight dumbbells, kettle bell, and stability ball. The squat rack includes a pull down bar and lower attachment too.
With these I can do a wide range of workouts. So far I’ve trained my husband for about 4 weeks hypertrophy (size building). This week we begin a 3 week period of strength building. I’ll try to attach some pictures so you have an idea of what it looks like now.
