Hello world. School is back in session and I’m busier than ever. I’m trying to find that good balance between working, gaming, and fitness. When I’m stressed I find it so hard to work out. 

Currently I’m preparing for a 5k charity in October so weights haven’t been a big priority like they used to. I’ll start lifting more over the next few weeks. 

To help me get into running again I’m using a fun app. It’s called 5k Runner pro. It gives daily run/walk instructions. It also tracks your run using geolocation. It can also control your music. Unlike the last app I had, this one doesn’t crash. It’s making the switch to running rather smooth.
